Podere Prasiano produces its own organic wines from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Guests can share the unforgettable experience of gathering grapes at harvest time in the Italian tradition, a social event with family and friends. We recently planted new vineyards with native grapes of Malbo Gentile and Festasio that will produce new wines in the next years.
Traditions and ancient flavors of Emilia-Romagna may be found under the roof of the main villa: Podere Prasiano stores its own "batterie" of casks of aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, according to the oldest tradition in Modena. Guests have the opportunity to taste and discover the secrets of Podere Prasiano's "black gold"!
